We have a batch of Select kits expiring on 10/12/2025. As is usual practice, we will send letters (attached) to clients notifying them of the expiring kits. The majority of clients will receive letters only this round due to declining volume. You can reference the Excel workbook attached to see which of your clients are impacted.
- Letters + kits tab lists the 6 clients that will get a letter along with a few replacement kits due to their ISR trigger.
- Letter ONLY – no kits tab lists the active clients that will get a letter but no replacement kits. This is either because they are not enrolled in ISR or our records show their inventory won’t fall below their trigger after removing expiring kits.
- Inactive clients will not receive any communication as they haven’t ordered Select mdx in 2025.
Letters will ship this week, but it’s always a good idea to give your clients a heads up if our records show they have expiring kits in their inventory. As you know, we cannot process a sample received in an expired tube!
