Please be advised of Plano Ops’ schedule for Resolve for Thanksgiving 2025:
We would like clients to have all samples in by Tuesday, 11/25
Wednesday, 11/26
Positives from Tuesday will be read and reported (excluding 18-hour samples)
Any FEs will be processed.
Samples received will be processed on Saturday
Any samples with stability constraints will be processed on Thursday or Friday.
Thanksgiving, 11/27
Two MLSs will be onsite to read and report the 18-hour samples from Tuesday.
Will also process any Wednesday samples with stability constraints, if needed.
Friday, 11/28
Samples received will be processed on Saturday
A team will be available to receive samples and process any with stability constraints.
Back to normal business hours on Saturday
