- NEW NCCN Prostate Cancer Update: Guidelines now clearly state Decipher and Artera do not have level 1 evidence in an Active Surveillance cohort
- ex. Decipher user says they only want to use tests with level 1 evidence – Decipher only has level one evidence for Unfavorable, High-Risk and RP patients. They do not level 1 evidence for patients eligible for active surveillance (Very Low-Favorable Intermediate).
- ex. ArteraAI user says they only want to use ArteraAI because they have level 1 evidence – ArteraAI only has level 1 evidence for their ST-ADT endpoint, which is only provided for patients with Favorable or Unfavorable Intermediate-Risk.

- With this updated TRF, UTI Testing comes pre-checked. Clients can add STI to their order by checking the box below it. If they only want to order STI, they can check the box labeled “STI Testing only.”
- ICD-10 Codes
- The new TRF also includes an ICD-10 code for recurrent UTIs, Z87.440. We’ve positioned that code as the first selection.
- The new TRF will be available to order through Therapak beginning Monday, November 3. Once this TRF is live, please ask your clients to discard old versions of the TRF and replace them with this one. We will also post digital versions on the marketing site.
- Note: A new TRF ordering stickers is in-process. We will send out a separate announcement.
