As you know, last Friday, December 12 was the last day to order Select mdx. We have established a communications protocol (attached) for handling any orders received after the cutoff date.
KEY POINTS:

Accessioning will notify CS when an order is received

Orders will be processed, but clients will be reminded that the cutoff date has passed and encouraged to transition to ExoDx

The protocol includes specific workflows for standard vs Do Not Contact (DNC) accounts

Client Services: Please review the full protocol and templates attached and document all client interactions in CRM per the attached process.

Sales: You will receive notifications from CS when Select mdx orders come in from your accounts. Please follow-up within 48-hours to ensure clients understand the transition to ExoDx and address any questions.
