As you know, we communicated that Friday, December 12, 2025 was the last day to order Select mdx following mdxhealth’s acquisition of ExoDx. Since that date, we have continued to process Select mdx orders received in the lab as a courtesy while working with you to transition accounts to ExoDx.
Hard Cutoff: Monday, January 26, 2026
We will no longer process Select mdx orders received after Monday, January 26, 2026. This is a firm deadline and we will not be able to make exceptions.
Action Required:
- Dispose of all Select mdx kits – Please ensure you and your clients dispose of any remaining Select mdx kits on-hand. These kits cannot be recycled or returned; they should be thrown away.
- Transition remaining accounts – Work with clients who may still have kits or be considering orders to move them to ExoDx before the hard cutoff.
Updated Client Communication Protocol
Beginning this week, if/when we receive Select mdx orders, our communications to both you and clients will include the hard cutoff date of 1/26/26.
