IMPORTANT: Select mdx Discontinuation

We have officially discontinued Select mdx!

Please see below for action required on your end:

1. Dispose of all Select mdx kits – Please ensure you and your clients dispose of any remaining Select mdx kits on-hand. These kits cannot be recycled or returned; they should be thrown away.
2. Transition remaining accounts – Work with clients who may still have kits or be considering orders to move them to ExoDx before the hard cutoff. 

Updated Client Communication Protocol

If we receive any Select mdx orders going forward, the case will be put on hold to cancel. CS will notify the client, MDS and RSM so you can discuss transitioning to Exo.
