These are now live on the ordering site and available for download on the marketing site. We have also attached a copy to this email for your convenience.
Fillable GPS mdx, Confirm mdx, combined labels
These editable labels for Confirm mdx, GPS mdx, and the combo Confirm mdx + GPS mdx label are intended to:
- Allow you to pre-fill the Account Name & Number and Provider Name (if applicable), and/or
- Fill in the appropriate selections according to the provider/account’s conditional order for those clients whose lab requires a sticker on path TRFs
To utilize the editable label TRF, you will need to purchase the following labels (see link below) to be used for at home printing. Please note that these templates have been specially made for the labels linked here. Attempting to print on other label types or the labels ordered from roundhouse will result in alignment issues.
