Attached is a letter to notify your GPS providers and office staff of the new version of the paper TRF. The attached excel is a list of the accounts that have ordered by paper TRF in the past 6 months.
The first tab is sorted by territory and then provider so you can follow up with providers regardless of account (as some providers order through multiple accounts).
There is another tab summarizing by territory and then account so you can follow up with office staff.
Please follow up with your accounts regarding this change by Friday, July 18th. You may communicate with the above through email, in person, or by whatever means you consider to be most effective.
Please ensure you follow up with each account by location, with both the ordering physicians and the office staff to ensure they aware of the change to the new TRF. As a reminder, our goal is to transition clients to the newest version as soon as possible.
