Resolve mdx UTI: additional pathogens launch and marketing materials

The updated Resolve mdx test has launched! The upgraded test features 11 new pathogens, including Ureaplasma species, Mycoplasma species, A. schaalii, and more. 

If your client orders via TRF, they must use the new TRF (ending in R12), which we delivered to them last week. Orders sent in with the old TRF will be placed on Physical Hold.
