Arrivals/Departures
Please plan to arrive in Austin on Monday, 3/2/26. Check in at the W Austin begins at 3pm and we will have an optional cocktail reception from 3-6pm Monday evening. Plan to depart on Thursday, 3/5/26, after 2:30pm CST.
Schedule Overview
- Monday: Arrivals (travel day) + welcome reception
- Tuesday: Meeting starts 8am
- Tuesday night: Awards dinner
- Wednesday: Meeting starts 8am
- Wednesday night: Team activity + dinner
- Thursday: Team breakouts + departure
Dress
- Monday evening cocktail reception is casual.
- Tuesday sessions are business casual.
- Tuesday evening awards dinner and ceremony are cocktail attire.
- Wednesday sessions are business casual.
- Wednesday evening social and dinner is casual.
- Thursday sessions are business casual.
Meals
All meals will be provided Tuesday and Wednesday plus breakfast on Thursday. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences provided in the menu selections. Breakfast and lunch will be served buffet-style and selections will be labeled to identify potential dietary restrictions where appropriate.
