This is to inform you that we are removing Gardnerella vaginalis from Resolve mdx for UTI. With our UTI test, we want to focus on pathogens present in the bladder and in the urinary tract, not the vaginal vault.
This change will be effective on orders received in our lab on or after next Saturday, April 11. We will continue to include G. vaginalis on our STI test.

Attached is the client communication, as well as the new TRF (R14).
We will notify clients of this change on Monday, April 6 (about 90% via email, 10% via mail).
Test Requisition Form
Therapak will ship out the new TRF beginning Thursday, April 9. We will also add it to the Marketing Site on April 9.
If a client sends in the current TRF (R12), that is OK — no holds for this version of the TRF. We encourage clients to order and use the new TRF, however.
