Great news! As discussed during today’s sales-marketing call, effective this Monday, July 15, we will now accept Catheter Urine as a specimen type for Resolve mdx UTI and STI.
On Thursday, Michelle sent out the required training for this update. Please make sure to review that email.
In addition, for your convenience, please find attached the fillable TRF for Resolve mdx UTI + STI & Catheter Urine. Print copies of these TRFs are available to order through Therapak starting tonight.
When it comes to the TRF, to avoid holds and ensure the best experience, please remind clients always to:
- Select the desired panels (UTI and/or STI)
- Include the correct number of tubes (1x for each panel)
- Enter Collection Date
- Select the collection type (Clean catch urine or Catheter urine)
- Enter ICD-10 code for UTI and STI (if applicable)
